I'm a faculty member. How can I place items on reserve?

You have three options: (1) Fill out a reserve request form at the Service Desk, (2) use the Reserve Request Form to submit an online request, or (3) contact the Reserves Coordinator, Petra Raposo, directly. If sending an email, please include all relevant edition and course information. Required textbooks ordered through the Emerson College Bookstore will be placed on reserve. Any essential readings that are not available from the Emerson College Bookstore need to be directly communicated to Petra Raposo to ensure their availability. Reserves requests at the start of the semester take up to 2 weeks to process; please plan accordingly.

The Emerson College Copyright Policy forbids placing consumable works such as course packets, workbooks, coloring books,  test booklets, and answer sheets on reserve. Due to space and workflow limitations, we cannot accommodate more than 25 books and articles per course, not including e-Reserve requests. For personal copies, no more than 3 copies of the same text may be placed on reserve, also due to space restrictions.
